These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MapleHaul website and services provided by MapleHaul Logistics Inc. ("MapleHaul," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
MapleHaul provides trucking and logistics services including but not limited to Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), expedited freight, temperature-controlled transport, cross-border shipping, and warehousing services across Canada and the United States.

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final rates may differ if actual shipment details vary from the quoted information. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of the service agreement.
Payment terms are Net 30 days for approved credit accounts. New customers or those without approved credit must pay in advance or upon delivery. We accept payment via electronic funds transfer, wire transfer, corporate cheque, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 2% per month.
MapleHaul maintains $5,000,000 CAD in liability insurance and $2,000,000 CAD per load in cargo insurance per load. Our liability is subject to the limitations outlined in our Carrier Agreement and applicable transportation laws. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased for high-value shipments.
Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). Claims must include supporting documentation such as bill of lading, invoice, and evidence of damage. See our Claims Process page for detailed procedures.
Shipments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. If our driver arrives for pickup and freight is not available, a dry run fee will be charged.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for timely delivery and safe transport, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleHaul's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the liability limits specified in applicable transportation regulations, whichever is less. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MapleHaul, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
