About MapleHaul

Moving Canada forward with integrity, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence

Our Story

Founded in 2018 by logistics veteran Robert MacDonald, MapleHaul Logistics began with a simple vision: to create a trucking company that prioritizes people, integrity, and service excellence above all else. Starting with just five trucks and a small team of dedicated professionals, we set out to challenge the industry's status quo by proving that reliability, transparency, and genuine care for customers could be the foundation of a successful logistics operation.

In our first year, we focused on building relationships and establishing a reputation for dependability in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Our commitment to on-time deliveries and honest communication quickly caught the attention of businesses seeking a trustworthy logistics partner. Word-of-mouth referrals became our primary source of growth, validating our belief that exceptional service speaks louder than any advertising campaign.

As demand for our services grew, we expanded our fleet and service area, always maintaining our core values of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Today, MapleHaul operates a modern fleet of 85 power units and 150 trailers, serving businesses across all Canadian provinces and throughout the United States. Despite our growth, we've remained true to our founding principle: treating every shipment with the same care and attention as if it were our own.

What sets us apart isn't just our equipment or network—it's our people. Every member of the MapleHaul team, from our professional drivers to our dispatch coordinators and customer service representatives, shares a commitment to excellence that defines our company culture. We invest in ongoing training, safety programs, and technology that enables our team to deliver the best possible service to every customer, every time.
